Aba Industrial Layout, Aba–Port Harcourt Expressway, Abia State

INSTALLATION OF PRE-FABRICATED STEEL STRUCTURE AND ASSOCIATED WORKS

Client: NEPAL ENERGIES

This project involves the installation of a prefabricated steel structure at Aba Industrial Layout along the Aba–Port Harcourt Expressway for Nepal Energies. The work covers the erection of the primary steel framework, including columns, beams, rafters, and purlins, followed by the installation of roofing and wall cladding systems. Additional components such as wind bracing in the tower area, roof ventilators, aluminium insulation, and a water collection system will be integrated to enhance structural stability, durability, and environmental performance. The project also includes the installation of windows and shutters, as well as final surface finishing through painting.

Scope of Work

  • Installation of prefabricated steel structure
  • Erection and installation of rafters
  • Installation of Zed purlins (roof purlins)
  • Installation of wind bracing within the tower area
  • Installation of galvanized roofing and wall cladding sheets
  • Installation of windows and shutters in accordance with approved drawings
  • Surface preparation and final painting of structural elements
  • Completion of the building in full conformity with the approved 3D design and specifications

Gabon

Inspection

Client: Gabon

bove project Photographs - Recently, our team mobilized to Gabon to perform advanced pipeline inspections within a live energy operation, working across both above-ground and buried assets in a challenging remote environment. Corrosion under insulation (CUI) and degradation in buried pipelines often remain hidden until they become serious safety, environmental, or operational risks. That's why proactive inspection is critical. At Petro Base Group, we help operators make informed integrity decisions using advanced NDT technologies that deliver reliable results while assets remain in service.

CUI

Key Outcome

The result: ✔️ Zero operational downtime ✔️ Accurate wall thickness assessments ✔️ Corrosion and metal loss detection across critical pipeline sections ✔️Fully traceable inspection data and reporting
